Who: ABC Science's The Surfing Scientist
What: A great site for quick science experiments to use in the classroom. Great explanation of the science behind the experiments is always below the experiments. You will also find short videos and great demos and science "tricks."
How: Use this site as a science resource or post a link to it on your webpage and have students complete activities for extra credit.
I came across this fantastic Live Binder today and wanted to share it with all of you beginning/continuing Reader's/Wiriter's Workshop. This Binder has TONS of links and resources to help you. Once you click on the tab on the top, click the links under the tab bar.
If you know of other great Reader's Workshop sites, let me know and I will add them!
